I am offended by Penny's unexplained action and my beer-washed brain decides it's in order to say 'goodbye' to my hosts. Bishop Lounge encompasses a more upscale scene, by having an understated club vibe systems two levels, three balconies, both indoor/outdoor VIP seating, and full liquor bars.
